Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that builds confidence and teaches public speaking skills through a worldwide network of clubs that meet online and in person. Since I joined Toastmasters in 2015 till now I have delivered several speeches, conducted several workshops, organized many events, trained many speakers, and Master of Ceremony for many official internal events.

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the youth wing of the Indian Armed Forces with its headquarters in New Delhi, India. It is open to school and college students on a voluntary basis as a Tri-Services Organisation, comprising the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force, engaged in developing the youth of the country into disciplined and patriotic citizens. The Soldier Youth Foundation in India is a voluntary organization that recruits cadets from high schools, higher secondary, colleges, and universities all over India. The cadets are given basic military training in small arms and drill. The officers and cadets have no liability for active military service once they complete their course.
For the Collage Battalion served as the Cadet Under Officer (CUO) for the entire college of cadets.
Cadet Under Officer is the top rank conferred cadet in the company and administers the power to control the company under the guidance of ANO and PI staff. CUO reports the strength of the parade to the instructor and ANO whenever class takes place. He continuously analyzes the problems faced by cadets and tries to solve them ASAP. He tries his best to make best use of time and resources for his company.
Being the leader of his troop he may organise events at the college or city level after getting permission from the competent authority.
Organizer of a National level event that had 1000+ participants where Army Deputy General JJ Singh was the host for the event.
Only parting the training to cadets is not only motive but to carry out the best in a cadet in his tenure to develop leadership skills and officer-like qualities.

I have done various projects on various topics in Science and Technology related to the engineering field of study. As a result of the research and testing with the help of the Ph.D. professors, I have written various articles internally and externally. As a result had the opportunity to present my work at 20 National/State level technical papers on the subjects Alternate fuel, Health and safety in Industries, Design, and Engineering titles. This technical project and paper presentation have fetched me 12 awards for the presentation.

As part of Tata Consultancy Services, I had the opportunity to train a team of mainframe programmers on the projects through a program called Initial Learning Program (ILP). I have had the opportunity to train over 1000+ members. I have got the award for training the maximum number of trainees in the time frame of 3 months.

As a Freelancer, Conducted Career Guidance for school students as a paid trainer and unpaid volunteer for Higher education options, Exam preparation tips, Health and Wellness, Career opportunities, Entrepreneurship and time management. Conducted several of the sessions for various schools as a weekend training program. This includes government schools, government-aided schools, including my very own school where I have studied myself.

As an artist myself I am interested in painting, sketches, and photography. I have received several awards, and conducted art exhibitions, my artwork has been featured in internal magazines and newsletters. I have conducted classes for the primary grade students on painting skills.
Part of the Chennai Photography Club (CPC) Which is a self-volunteered organization. I have conducted several sessions on photography techniques and tips. Conducted photo walks and participated as well.
